Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide building height.
2. Provide building dimensions on site plan.
3. Dumpster must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City's Zoning Ordinance.
4. All signage must conform as per Section 36-555 of the City's Zoning Ordinance (signs
permitted in commercial zones).
5. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Provide description of services to be provided on the site.
