Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Caliber Collision Auto Body Shop (Z-9778) 10302 Colonel Glenn Road Development Staff Comments: Provide building height. Provide building dimensions on site plan. Dumpster must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. All signage must conform as per Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones). Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Provide description of services to be provided on the site.
