Application is hereby made to the Board of Directors of Little Rock, Arkansas through the Planning
Commission pursuant to Arkansas law on City planning, Act 186 of 1957, Acts of Arkansas, and
Section 36 of the Little Rock Code of Ordinances as amended, petitioning for classification of the
following described area as a Long Form Planned Development.
Legal Description: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 22,Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the NE'/, NW'/, Section 22, T-1-N, R-13-W; thence South
88°02'41" East 343.60 feet; thence South 01°57'19" West 639.00 feet to a point on the northerly right of
way line of Colonel Glenn Road (Arkansas State Highway 300); thence along said right of way line North
84°32'41" West 342.70 feet; thence leaving said right of way line North 01°48'45" East 618.08 feet
returning to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.947 acres, more or less.
Title to this property is vested in: Michael J. Croy
If an individual other than the title holder files this application, attachment of a letter is required
authorizing this person to act on behalf of the title holder.
It is desired that the boundaries shown on the District Map be amended and that this area be amended
and that this area be reclassified from the present R-2 District
to _ I-2 District.

It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Planning Commission
will be published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing in a daily newspaper as required by Act
186 of the 1957 Acts of Arkansas and Section 23 of said Ordinance, and that notice of preliminary
hearing before the Commission must be circulated by the applicant to all other parties in interest,
including owners of land within 200 feet of the boundary of the area under consideration as required by
the rules of the Commission, and that the cost of these notices shall be borne by the applicant.
