Development Staff Comments:
Provide site plan showing manufactured home and all improvements.
2. Siting criteria. The siting of a manufactured home on a separate lot outside of a
manufactured home subdivision shall include the following design considerations:
A pitched roof of three (3) in twelve (12) or fourteen (14) degrees or greater.
Removal of all transport features.
Permanent foundation.
Exterior wall finished in a manner compatible with the neighborhood.
Underpinning with permanent materials.
Orientation compatible with placement of adjacent structures.
Off-street parking per single-family dwelling standards.
