RE: Fire Hydrants: All recommendations regarding fire hydrants, access roads, etc will be satisfied.
RE: Gates: All recommendations regarding gates will be satisfied.
RE: CAW recommendations: All recommendations/requirements from Central Arkansas Water will be satisfied.
RE: County Comments: All recommendations from the County will be satisfied.
RE: Planning and Development comments: I will submit a separate response to address all of the Planning Comments.

Response to comments were due Wednesday, March 8, 2023. To avoid deferral of your application to the May agenda, please submit comments to staff no later than Monday, March 13, 2023.
Please include any revised site plan and/or survey, if required, in your response to Develop Staff’s and Utilities’ comments.
Finally, applicants are now required to provide a photograph of the sign provided by this office which demonstrates it was posted at the site as required. Posted signs must be visible
from the street.
Submit all documents to this email address for review.
Secondly, locate your agenda item(s) from Comments from Other Departments and respond only to your specific agenda item(s).
