Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing form for the May 11, 2023, Planning Commission meeting for item number Z-5502-K.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Wednesday, May 3, 2023:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office, please fill out these receipts for review).
