Planning & Development -
On be half of 300 S Rodney Parham, Parham Place LLC, I"m writing to request
a revision of the current PCD to remove all percentages. It currently has a 45%/65%
retail/office designation. We would like to remove all percentages and request all
permitted C-3 uses.
There will be no changes to the building footprint, parking plan or any
other changes allowed under the existing PCD. The only change is to remove the
ratio for retail/office.
