Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, March 8, 2023. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Parham Place — Revised PCD (Z-3748-A)

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide the days and hours of operation.
2. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on the site plan. If not, describe existing
trash disposal. Dumpsters must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City's Zoning
Ordinance.
3. Any site lighting shall be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
4. Any signage shall comply with Section 36-555 of the City's Zoning Ordinance.
