Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Parham Place — Revised PCD (Z-3748-A) 300 S Rodney Parham Road Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide the days and hours of operation. 2. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on the site plan. If not, describe existing trash disposal. Dumpsters must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City's Zoning Ordinance. 3. Any site lighting shall be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 4. Any signage shall comply with Section 36-555 of the City's Zoning Ordinance.
