It was a pleasure meeting with you today. Per our discussion, please submit a cover letter describing your intent — how
do you propose revising the existing PCD to remove any percentages tied to the office/retail uses. If you desire to
remove all percentages and request all permitted C-3 uses, please indicate that in the cover letter.
Secondly, please discuss/describe that there will be no changes to the building footprint, parking plan or any other
changes allowed under the existing PCD — the only change is to remove the ratio for office/retail.
Finally, by COB today or no later than 10:00am Tuesday, February 14, 2023, provide a notarized affidavit and cover
letter.

Torrence- can I meet with you Monday? I'm trying to turm in the PZD form, but it is confusing. I'm not trying
to rezone, just trying to remove percentages. I have a new site plan, but don't have all the paperwork filled out

Good news, you will not need a site plan because you are not proposing any new construction or making any
changes to the existing building footprint.
The survey will serve as the site plan.
