RE: Conditional Use Permit
Dear Department of Planning and Development Committee,
I am hereby applying for a conditional use permit as required by the Planning Commission of
Little Rock regulations to construct a tiny home in my backyard on my property located at 519
Valmar St. within Zone 3. 1 am a student at UAMS in the College of Medicine and I will be
graduating in 3 months. I bought this 2bed-lbath (28.6x27.2) house to use while going through
medical school. However, my mother has relocated and will be living with me permanently. My
lot is 140x100 and I would like to build a 750sgft fully- furnished tiny home in my backyard for
her. Thank you kindly for considering my proposal.
Relating to this application, I am also submitting the following:
1. Two (2) copies of a survey to scale, prepared by a professional surveyor,
2. Two (2) copies of a site plan to scale reflecting all physical improvements proposed
3. A copy of Bill of Assurance
