letter is in correspondence to the questions regarding zoning clearance to operate a
transitional residential home for adults with mild learning and behavioral disabilities.

Questions for 3902 Ludwig| Little Rock, AR 72204
1. Who is the entity regarding the transition home?
(A) Arkansas Quality Therapy
(B) Arkansas Department of Human Services
(C) Arkansas Rehabilitation Services
2. The number of rooms and occupancy?
There will be a total of (6) bedrooms with (2) occupants/room. Total occupancy not to
exceed 8 residents.
3. Number of staffers: part-time/full-time?
There will be three full-time staff:
(2) Residential Administrators
(1) Residential Manager
There will be three part-time staff:
(1) Case Manager
(1) Behavioral Therapist
(1) AQT Director
4. Parking Spaces provided for staffers and tenants?
Three parking spaces are attached to lot for staff. Residents will not drive
5. How will trash be collected?
Trash pick-up is through the City of Little Rock and paid through Central Arkansas
Water.
6. Will meals be served/cooked/provided, etc.?
Meals will be provided for residents.
