1. Request a variance for reduced front yard setback for accessory dwelling or move structure
back sixty (60) feet from the front property line.
2. Will there be a porch, deck, stairs, etc. If so, show on the site plan?
3. Provide building height.
4. Show all paving and parking area on the site plan.
