To whom it may concern:
I am applying for a conditional use permit, for my property located at 421 S. Maple Street, Little Rock,
AR 72205.1 plan on building a one car garage with an apartment above.
I plan to rent the apartment above the garage. There are several duplexes as well as apartments in the
subdivision currently, so I do not fell like this will disrupt the neighborhood, in any way. On the contrary,
I feel this new structure will add value to the street and neighborhood, as it adds tax dollars and will be
aesthetically pleasing.
I have attached a survey of the property and plans for the addition. Thank you for your consideration.
