Dear Torrence
Per your request, I am supplying the 2611 Johnson survey-site plan with parking spaces and building height marked. The expected height of the structure is expected to be about 26 feet.
There are a few ways to accommodate 3 parking spaces at the property and one of the options is included on the attached site plan. As always, thank you for your help.
