Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the May 11, 2023, Planning Commission meeting.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 26, 2023,
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Wednesday, May 3, 2023:
Proof of notification. (Completed, attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office, provide landowners contact information on the receipt).

Hope you are doing well and the April 13 hearing went smoothly.
May I bother you with another question regarding the conditional use permit process? I am getting ready to drop the certified mailer to the owners of the properties within 200 feet
of my
house and was wondering if you would be so kind to provide a sample of such notification in a format that would be acceptable to the city. I also don’t have the exact time and place
of the Planning Commission’s public hearing on May 11, 2023 and was wandering if you could provide that information to me, so that I include it in the notice.
