RE: Rezoning Application
Dear CLR Staff,
We are pleased to submit Hamilton Station located behind 14524 Hwy 10. The total site is about 10.67
acres. This submittal is for the rezoning of Lot 2, Lowe Addition from R-2 to 0-3 with the conditional use of
Office Showroom / Warehouse. This tract is 4.96 acres and is phase I of the total project. We are proposing a
40,000 sf building. John Rees also owns the tract to the east zoned PCD with 5.71 acres, phase II. We are
requesting that we regrade and clean up phase II all with in the current proposal of phase I. We have spoken
with the developer of the adjacent neighborhood, Mr. Wingfield, and he has indicated this zoning request is
appropriate. Therefore, we believe this proposed development works very well with the adjacent property.
