BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I l��
THAT, WHEREAS DR. BETTY LOWE, an individual and resident of the State of Arkansas
(hereinafter called "Owner"), is the owner of that certain real property comprising approximately 9.0198 acres,
located in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Pro a "); and
WHEREAS, Owner proposes to subdivide said Property into two lots.
NOW THEREFORE, Owner, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to her, her successors
and assigns, which benefits she acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made a plat, showing a survey
made by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Land Surveyor dated July, 2009, and bearing a Certificate of
Final Approval executed by the appropriate officials of the City of Little Rock Planning Commission, and
showing the boundaries and dimensions of the property now being subdivided into two (2) lots (the "Plat").
Owner hereby donates and dedicates to the public a right of way on and over the property depicted and
described on the Plat as "Right -of -Way Dedication." In addition to the said right of way, there are shown on
said Plat certain easements for utilities which Owner hereby donates and dedicates to and for the use of public
utilities, the same being, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, water and sanitary sewer, with the
right hereby granted to the persons, firms or corporations engaged in the supplying of such utilities to use and
occupy such easements, and to have free ingress and egress therefrom for the installation, maintenance, repair
and replacement of such utility services.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and the Plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the
streets and easements subject to the limitations herein.
