Development Comments:
Provide elevations with building heights shown.
Provide noted dumpster location with required screening.
Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Provide days / hours of operation.
Any signage must comply with Section 36-553 (signs allowed in office zones).
Any landscape ordinance variances must be approved by the City Beautiful Commission.
Provide noted landscaping plan.
Provide “Bill of Assurance”.
