Please see the first attached PDF for the appeal procedure for a denied planned development as per Section 36-454(c)(6) of the City’s zoning ordinance. Please follow the appeal procedure.
The second PDF contains a copy of the executed application form for your use.
Also, note that Section 36-454(c)(6) requires a notification process by the appellant. After properly filing the appeal, you will need to meet with staff to obtain a copy of the notice
form and to review the notice
process.
