Attached is the revised drawing and legal.
The Highway 10 ROW was annexed just after the property on the south side of the highway was annexed.
All we need on this one is the 60 foot long section.
Ben, will you please send Jennifer and me a copy of the legal in word format?

It looks like this annexation is not contiguous to the existing city. Please see the image below. I confirmed this on Little
Rock's m at) as well.
Also, Judge Hyde will likely last-minute require the ROW for Morgan Cemetery Road to be brought in too.
Please let me know if you'd like me to issue the GIS coordination letter now. Or do you want to revise the legal
descriptions?

The owner of this tract, PotlatchDeltic is in the process of annexing this property to the City of Little Rock.
I have attached a survey of the tract that shows the current corporate boundary.
This tract is contiguous with the present Corporate Limits of the City of Little Rock. It's annexation will not create an
island.
Please send us confirmation that we have coordinated this annexation through the State GIS Office.
