Northwest corner of Hwy 10 and Morgan Cemetery Road
Development Comments:
Provide preliminary plat.
Provide plan for annexation of property.
Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on site plan
with required screening.
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs allowed in commercial zones)
