RE: Tract 404 Chenal Valley Planned Development and Preliminary Plat
Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the Planned Development and Preliminary Plat for the above
captioned project. Please place this item on the agenda for the March Planning Commission
meeting.
This project will be part of the Chenal Valley Commercial POA. I have attached a copy of the
Bill of Assurance.
Lot 1 will be self-storage facility. Lot 2 will be a Little Rock Fire Station. The 40 foot front
buffer will be landscaped and exceed the minimum requirements. A project narrative will be
provided under separate cover.
No improvements are planned for Morgan Cemetery Road or Arkansas State Highway No. 10.
This property will be annexed to the City of Little Rock. Sewer service will be provided by
extension of Little Rock Water Reclamation sewer lines.
