To whom it may concern:
I, Cole Acklin, am requesting to rezone the property at 516 S. Oak St. Little Rock, AR 72205 from R3 single family
to multi-use. The property includes a main house and a secondary house. The property was purchased with the intent
to be able to rent two units as that is how the property has been maintained for many years.
The secondary house on the property has had separate utilities since 2002. This will not be a duplex since they are
two separate structures with there own utilities.
