This is an existing fenced facility with a 6,875 sf building and parking lot with 50 spaces that includes 1 van handicap parking space and 1 car handicap parking space. No grading, paving, nor building expansion shall take place, so the stormwater runoff from the site will not change. Water is supplied by Central Arkansas Water. Wastewater disposal is provided by the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Electrical service is provided by Entergy. The date of the latest survey is April 18, 2022. The property is currently zoned C-4. The property in question was platted as a part of the Home Acres Subdivision. The Home Acres Subdivision was platted in 1924, and a copy of the Bill of Assurance could not be located.
