Conditional Use Permit Application

I, Connor Sutton, as an authorized agent of of Bear Den Development Company, LLC, submit this
application for a Conditional Use Permit in order to allow the development of a park within a land
tract currently designated as a Protected Greenbelt.
This tract was always intended to house the park area and playground (largely due to its convenient,
central location within the neighborhood). Even with development of this park area and playground,
we would maintain our strict standards on tree preservation which are exhibited throughout the rest
of the development. As platted we are barred from improving the land to its best and highest use as
a park.
