KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WE, Shannon R. King and Maxine M. King, his wife, ("Grantors"), for and
in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), paid by King Mills Estates, LLC,
