Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the Planned Development for the above captioned project. Please
place this item on the agenda for the March Planning Commission meeting.
This project will be part of the Chenal Valley Commercial POA. I have attached a copy of the
Bill of Assurance.
Lot 5 will be a Micro Hospital. The hospital will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A
project narrative will be provided under separate cover.
Improvements will be constructed as shown on the attached site plan.
