Z-6323-BB Lot 5, The Village at Rahling Road – Revised PCD West side of Rahling Circle, 225 feet South of Rahling Road Development Comments: Provide complete description of proposed uses (Short Term Stay, Long Term Stay). Provide building elevations with building floor and roof heights. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. All proposed new signage must conform with the City’s ordinance requirements and the Chenal Valley Design Overlay District. Provide Days and Hours of operation. The dumpster area must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the code.
