Development Staff Comments:
1.Will the Short-Term Rental be for the entire residence or individual bedrooms?
2. Describe the proposed office use (type of office, total area of house devoted to office space
and location of office on property).
3. Will there be any new signage on the property? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-
551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs allowed in single-family zones).
4.Will standard City of Little Rock garbage collection be utilized?
5. Provide parking plan for property based on anticipated number of guests.
6.What will be the maximum length of stay by guests for proposed use?
7. Will any meals be provided to guests?
