RE: Rezoning Application
Dear CLR Staff,
We are pleased to submit a request for rezoning of the property located at 317 S Shackleford Rd, Little
Rock, AR 72211. The total site area is a little more than 2 acres. We are requesting to rezone the property to
C-3 from the current zoning of C-2. The application for C-3 zoning is a very reasonable request. The property
to the West is zoned C-3 and to the North is zoned PCD. The interstate highway is adjacent to the South and
East. The property is accessed by S. Shackleford Road which is classified as a Minor Arterial.
