Our client, Travis Hill and wife, Natalee Miller, are the current owners of the White Water Tavern at 2507 W. 7th Street. The existing establishment has existed there for several decades
with a unique and successful history of serving as a popular restaurant, bar and musical entertainment venue. Over time, however, the structure has deteriorated somewhat, so the owners
want to rezone their whole property to a Planned Development – Commercial (PD-C) to add outdoor seating with food and alcohol service and music in back (to the West), with various improvements
to the Tavern, parking areas, and exterior fencing.
We would appreciate your recommendation of approval of this rezoning request. The owners have connected with the neighborhood and received positive comments about the proposed improvements.
