Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-3125 -C White Water Tavern – PD-C
2507 West 7th Street
Development Comments:
1. Provide survey of property.
2. Provide Days / Hours of operation.
3. Note dumpster location on the site plan with screening as required by Section 36-523 of
the City’s ordinance.
4. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
5. Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for
commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance).
6. Describe proposed improvements to gravel parking area.
7. Right-Of- Way area to be abandoned requires a separate application to the Board of Directors
after the Planning Commission approval of the PD-C.
