Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-3125 -C White Water Tavern – PD-C 2507 West 7th Street Development Comments: Provide survey of property. Provide Days / Hours of operation. Note dumpster location on the site plan with screening as required by Section 36-523 of the City’s ordinance. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance). Describe proposed improvements to gravel parking area. Right-Of- Way area to be abandoned requires a separate application to the Board of Directors after the Planning Commission approval of the PD-C.
