1 North Range 12 West of Adams Rep#1 Addition to the
City of little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
This property is owned by MasterMinds Real Estate LLC;
I Gerald Little CMO of MasterMinds Real Estate LLC Is
requesting that this property be used to build a Luxury
residential multifamily unit (Duplex). The homes will be
affordable and will bring jobs and enhance the property
value and over-all look of the neighborhood. A Bill of
Assurance has been obtained via County Clerk's office
and the application for conditional us has been
submitted. There are no issues to be noted within this
