(EY Custom Homes LLC) I plan on demolishing the current dilapidated shed located behind the home and building a two car garage with an apartment above. I plan to lease (minimum one year lease with option to renew) the home and live in the addition as the property is my main residence. There are several duplexes as well as apartments in the subdivision currently, so I do not feel like this will disrupt the neighborhood in any way. On the contrary, I feel this will add value to the street and neighborhood as it adds tax dollars and will be aesthetically pleasing. I have attached a survey of the property and plans for the addition. Thank you for your consideration. Most likely to a UAMS hospital resident/fellow as doctor friends that work there and they have new residents/fellows come in to train. from other states/countries and need housing. I will occupy the apartment/addition as my main residence. 2. Provide revised survey of property showing proposed new garage / apartment structure. 3. What will be the maximum length of stay allowed?
