Next week, staff will forward you a Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit for your mail outs. I recommend contacting a title company and request a 200 foot ownership search. You will forward
a copy of the notice provided by staff to each property owner on the list. The notices must be sent to landowners via certified mail. Notification instructions will be provided in an
email to applicants.
Following that you will attend the Planning Commission meeting on January 12, 2023 at The Centre at University Park located at 6401 W 12th Street. The meeting begins at 4:00pm.

What is the next step in this process? Just want to make sure that I do everything that I’m supposed to. My lender has approved the financing for the addition and I don’t want any delays
in get this approved with the city.
