Jesus Rivera is the owner of the building on 7521 Geyer Springs Rd. The plan is to use this building as a Family Event Center. This location can host any private parties such as Weddings,
Birthdays, Quinceaneras, Baptisms, and Graduation/Accomplishment celebrations. There would be an agreement between the owner and the individuals that would be renting out the building.
The agreement would consist how much is needed to rent the building out for the day, cleaning processes, police monitor, and time frames for the event itself. There is no need of a
cover charge per each guest that goes to the private events in this location. There could be DJs performing at certain events, but it would depend on the individual renting out this
location. There could be smaller bands as well, but it depends if the renter would have the band perform for their guests. The foods and drinks that would be served at the building
are on the renter. They would hire other own chiefs and catering services to provide foods and drinks. We would not provide alcohol at these events, and we don’t have a liquor license
currently. The projected hours of operation for this business would be 12:00pm Central time to 12:00am Central time on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The business would be closed
Monday through Thursday, and Holidays. The scheduling operations will be running during the week to book future events. There is the option of having Security/Police at the parties
to help make sure there aren’t any major issues at the events. Overall, this proposed idea of an event center is for the family to enjoy their time with family and friends, and to keep
it as family-like atmosphere as possible. I went by the Real Estate Department on 401 W. Markham, Suite 102, and they assured me that there is no Bill of Assurance for this location.
