Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Comments:
Provide a cover letter.
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance).
Provide details on garbage pick-up. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show/label on the site plan with required screening.
Provide hours of operation and closing times.
Provide detailed description of the types of events proposed.
Will there be alcohol for food prepared and served on site?
Provide maximum number of occupants or guests at events.
Provide “Bill of Assurance”.
