Development Comments:
1. Provide a cover letter.
2. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
3. Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements
for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance).
4. Provide details on garbage pick-up. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show/label on
the site plan with required screening.

7. Will there be alcohol for food prepared and served on site?

- The Cover letter will be provided as well in this email.
2. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
All emergency lights are directed to our property and we will comply if there are any changes needed.
3. Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance).
We will comply and provide a signage.
4. Provide details on garbage pick-up. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show/label on the site plan with required screening.
The proposed dumpster site is on the updated on the site plan, which is included in this email. There is a current garbage pick up plan. We hired Republic to pick up the trash every
Thursday.
5. Provide hours of operation and closing times.
The hours of operation would be from Friday thru Sunday from 12pm to 12am. During the week, booking operations (Monday thru Thursday) would be conducted.
6. Provide detailed description of the types of events proposed.
The type of events we plan to host would be wedding reception, baptisms, birthday parties, Quincereas, graduation parties, and anniversaries. The details are provided in the cover letter
as well.
7. Will there be alcohol for food prepared and served on site?
We will not providing alcohol for the party planner/party renters. We as owners do not have a liquor license.
8. Provide maximum number of occupants or guests at events.
I’m trying to get an official number from the Fire Marshall. I’m waiting on a response from my voicemail I left the department. The building could hold up to 500 guests at a time, but
that’s an estimate.
9. Provide “Bill of Assurance”.
I went by the Real Estate Department on 401 W. Markham, Suite 102, and they assured me that there is no Bill of Assurance for this location.
