How many caregivers will be available at any given time?
Will any caregivers reside at the residence? Will they arrive daily? Work in shifts?
Provide a sample of level of care provided.
Provide information on parking needs:
How many vehicles can be parked on the site (paved area)?
Will any of the residents own vehicles?
Where will the caregivers park?
Provide the total square footage of the dwelling.
Provide square footage of each bedroom designated for proposed use and the number of residents per bedroom.
