Please find attached the cover letter, application, filing fee and PCD for the above referenced project.
The property contains 1.9 acres at the northwest corner of Cantrell Road and Tulley Cove. The
developer wishes to rezone the property to PD-R to allow for the construction of 15 townhomes.
The developer will construct a bridge to cross Taylor Loop Creek similar to the bridge upstream serving
Tulley Cove. The property is served by Central Arkansas Water and Little Rock Reclamation Authority.
