Development Comments:
Provide signed Affidavit.
Will units be rented or owned by tenants?
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for multi-family development signs (Section 36-552 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance).
Provide details on garbage pick-up. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show/label on the site plan with required screening.
Provide detailed description of parking including number of spaces per unit, and handi-cap spaces.
