Romie, Responding back on this item: We’ll send you the affidavit or the real estate contract before noon tomorrow. Units will be owned Will comply with site lighting requirements All signage will conform to the ordinance requirements for multi-family development signs Garbage will be handled by individual trash and recycling containers Parking is provided by 30 garage spaces for owners and 7 additional spaces for guests including two handicap spaces which provides 2.47 spaces per unit. I’ll forward item #1 before noon tomorrow.
