Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development — 1) See Note #6 of the Preliminary Plat Notes on the attached. There are no applicable
existing or proposed covenants.
-See attached. A vicinity map at 1 "=2000' scale has been shown.
- The attached plat has been left at 1"=20' due to the plat being unreadable at 1"=50'
scale.
- See attached. The watercourses and their corresponding drainage areas have been
shown where leaving the tract.
-See attached. Preliminary storm drainage analysis has been shown.
-There are no ditches planned for the storm drainage.
- See attached. The plat book and page numbers have been included on the abutting
subdivisions.
- Will comply during the submittal of the construction plans.
- Bill of Assurance will be sent under separate letter from owner.
2) See attached. The front building lines have been labelled.
