Do you think a scale of 1”=20’ would be acceptable for this?
This is due today and if I need to change this to a 1”=50’, this will take a good bit of work.

Im reading the ordinance again…after the part about the 100’ scale, it says “except where a smaller scale may be deemed appropriate….”;. Which would mean even more “zoomed” out, I guess
for really large projects. It doesn’t say anything about using a larger (more “zoomed” in) scale….but I would think if you can approve a smaller scale when deemed appropriate, you
can also approve a larger scale when needed.

See attached PDF’s of the preliminary plat at a 50 scale and a 20 scale.
And I didn’t change the text size on the 50 scale yet, but they would be almost twice as big and obliterate all the lines and details im trying to show.
