Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The developer for this project would like to subdivide the property into five commercial lots. This
project contains approximately 5.02 acres and is located on Chenal Parkway north of Rahling Road
and the new Bancorp South headquarters. The parcel is currently zoned C-3. There are applicable
existing covenants or restrictions on the land. The proposed source of water is from Central Arkansas
Water with the wastewater disposal being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
