RE: Fletcher Valley Phase 2 - Preliminary Plat
Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project. Please place
this item on the agenda for the April Planning Commission meeting.
This project will be part of the Fletcher Valley. I have attached a copy of the Bill of Assurance
for Fletcher Ridge which will be very similar to the BOA for this project.
The entire project will be graded as part of Phase 1 of the development.
