CORRECTION: Your application case number is “HDC2023-018”. Please use this case file number on your public notice
letters rather than HDC2023-017. This is my mistake. I accidentally used the case number from your approved COC roof
project.

Good afternoon,
Please see attached letter confirming your completed Certificate of Appropriateness application to the Little Rock
Historic District Commission for the installation of a new flush mount sign at 1301 Cumberland. Your application will be
heard at the July 6th, 2023 HDC public hearing. The hearing starts at 4:00PM at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood
Resource Center at 3805 W. 12th Street. Please follow exact instructions for public notification as outlined in the COA
application document.
Before sending out the certified letter to surrounding property owners, please remember to send me a copy of the
completed public notice letter. The letter must have the correct public hearing date/location and be signed by the
applicant at the bottom of the page.
