Your application HDC2023-017 for a flush mounted sign at 1301 Cumberland will be
heard before the Historic District Commission on July 6 th, 2023. The hearing will be
held in the Auditorium Room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at
3805 W. 12th Street. The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your application will be Item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in
order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC2023-017” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
