LEGAL DESCRIPTION

described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of said SE '/4 NE '/4, thence
S 8949'46" E, along the North line of the SE '/4 NE '/4 of said Section 15, 665.98 feet to
the Northeast comer of the said W '/2 SE'/4 NE'/4; thence S 00°05' W, along the East line
of said W '/2 SE'/4 NE'/4, 1284.38 feet to a point on the North right of way line of
Arkansas State Highway #10; thence along the said North right of way line, the following
bearings and distances:. N 8602' W, 36.11 feet; N 87'54'1 r W, 168.57 feet;
N 86013'30" W, 350.0 feet; N 78°36'02" W, 112.92 feet to a point on the West line of
the SE `/4 NE'/4; thence North along the said west line 1232.19 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 19.33 acres, more or less.
This property is not in the 100 year flood plain as per Panel 36 of 150 for the City of
Little Rock, AR. Community -Panel #0501810036 F, dated October 19, 2001 in Zone'X'.
